I live on the Sandy River and find the Sandy River Delta, also known as "Thousand Acres Park", to be the best off-leash area for dogs in the greater Portland area. A wonderful place to explore and photograph too. You will often see me here with my black Labrador: Monet when not working as a real estate broker.
